The Cincinnati Nutrition Council's “Strawberry Jam”

Description: 

The Strawberry Jam is an annual fundraiser for some of The Cincinnati Nutrition Council's youth programs. Pop took the double meaning of the event name, which always includes a music element, and applied that principle visually with the logo we created. The sixteenth note houses two jam jars, reflecting both meanings of the word "jam." This logo netted us a Design Annual award, and lots of fun.

Atari's Backyard Sports Hall of Fame

Description: 

As our developers were building a virtual Hall for Fame for Atari's Backyard Sports brand, the design team was creating an identity as powerful as any brick-and-mortar Hall. The logo and overall identity would make any gamer proud to be inducted into this Backyard Sports ring of champions.

The District

The District

Description: 

The downtown area of Montgomery, Ohio is a classic American blend of old and new. Dine on everything from BBQ to gourmet Italian to basic tavern food; relax at the local spa or shop at a boutique for the young and the hip, a high-end formal wear store, or perhaps the hand-made jewelry shop. The potential for this area to be a Greater Cincinnati destination was clear. But "The Historic Montgomery Hertiage District" didn't quite roll off the tongue.

Pop lives in Montgomery, so who better to help re-brand the area? We were brought in to come up with a new name, a logo, define messaging, build a content managed website, and come up with an overall communications strategy. Thus, The District came to be.

Description: 

This fast-growing market research firm was quickly busting out of their original brand identity. Pop helped define Illumination Research and how they stood out from the crowd. A complete reboot of their identity was undertaken including both aesthetics and messaging. The result was rolled out to a logo, tagline, boilerplate, website, stationery, and just about everything else you can imagine.

Description: 

We were very happy to work on an identity for The One Center—an organization that recognizes best practices among nonprofit organizations in the Greater Cincinnati region. The success of ONE and their overall brand is extremely important to the continual success of all Cincinnati-area NFPs. Plus, this simple and smart logo looks great engraved on an award.
